A native of Romania, Mrs. Hanea holds a Bachelor of Law degree in Romanian Civil Law (1997) and later earned a Juris Doctorate in U.S. Common Law from the University of Georgia School of Law (2009).

Throughout her career, Mrs. Hanea has built a reputation for strategic advocacy and client-focused representation. She has successfully represented clients in contract disputes, personal injury cases, divorces, immigration, and criminal defense. Her expertise extends to business law, including formation, contracts, and federal compliance issues such as HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 legal requirements for saas startups. Her work in Georgia’s legal system includes a significant contribution to case law, winning Sitterli v. Csachi, 344 Ga.App. 671, 811 S.E.2nd 454 (2018).

Mrs. Hanea is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the U.S. Northern District Court of Georgia. She is an active member of the Georgia State Bar, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL).
