Kim Keheley Frye is an experienced criminal trial attorney with over 60 felony and misdemeanor jury trials

under her belt. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Georgia State University School of Law.

Kim has previously worked as a prosecutor in both felony, misdemeanor and juvenile court in multiple counties in Georgia. In 2008, Frye Law Group was born with the aim to champion and protect the rights of the accused.

Kim has lectured in Georgia, nationally, and internationally on topics relating to criminal defense. She

is a 2013 graduate of the Trial Lawyers College and served on the faculty. She has held chair and vice president positions in many bar, legal, and community organizations— Cobb County Bar Association, DUI Defense Lawyers Association, and the Junior League of Cobb-Marietta. She has completed training and holds certificates in:

Standardized Field Sobriety, Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement, DNA for Lawyers, Forensic Chromatography, Forensic Drug Analysis, and Forensic Principles of DUID.

She is one of the few lawyers in Georgia to earn the designation of lawyer-scientist by the

Chemistry and Law Division of the American Chemical Society.
