Accommodations: Book your room at Hotel Bardo today by calling 912-238-5158 and asking for the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers room block rate or by clicking here for online booking information. The room block closed on Friday, April 4, 2025 and only available to seminar registrants, sponsors, speakers, and GACDL staff! 

***2025 Spring Seminar will not be livestreamed/hybrid***

Registration: Seminar registration closes at Noon on Monday, April 28, 2025.

Payment: Seminar registration payment must be received in advance or at the door. 

***space is limited and the Spring Seminar routinely sells out***

***if you register, do not pay, and do not show up for the seminar, you will be billed and prevented from registering/attending future GACDL seminars until payment is made***

If you miss the April 28 registration deadline and wish to walk-in and register on May 2, call GACDL (404-248- 1777) to learn whether a seat is available.  

No registration fee refunds for cancellations after April 14, 2025. 

***GACDL does not refund  for court matters...file a timely leave, as necessary***

In the unfortunate event you register, pay, and learn after April 14 that you cannot attend, we welcome a substitute attendee in your place. 

Details:

• Anticipated CLE Hours - 10. CLE is only reported upon registrant's request and payment for CLE.

• A link to the seminar materials stored in Dropbox will be emailed to pre-paid attendees by 5p.m. on Wednesday April 30, 2025.  Please check your spam/junk mail folder as well as your inbox for this email.

• Be sure the email address confirmed in your registration is correct. GACDL members can check their email address here.

• A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds welcomes you to a Family Friendly Cocktail Reception on Friday, May 2, 2025.   

In order to produce the seminar, the GACDL office will be closed from Thursday, May 1 through Monday, May 5 and will  reopen Tuesday, May 6, 2025 .
