Law Student $40 Annually

A person who is regularly enrolled in a school of law in Georgia, or who has graduated and is waiting to obtain their bar license. Must have an attorney sponsor who is a member.

Investigator (Public Defender/Full-Time Nonprofit) $110 Annually

Full-time criminal defense investigators who are employed full-time by a nonprofit or a public defender's office. Must have valid Georgia private investigator license and attorney sponsor who is a member.

Paralegal (Public Defense/Full-Time Nonprofit) $110 Annually

Full-time criminal defense paralegals who are employed full-time by a nonprofit or a public defender's office. Paralegals must have attorney sponsor who is a GACDL member.

Public Defender/Nonprofit $110 Annually

Employed full-time by a nonprofit organization or are a full-time government employed public defender (city, circuit, or federal).

New to Bar Attorney $145 Annually

First two years after bar admission for private practice attorneys.

Full-time criminal defense investigators. Must have valid Georgia private investigator license and attorney sponsor who is a member.

Paralegal $230 Annually

Full-time criminal defense paralegal. Must have attorney sponsor who is a GACDL member.
