New to Bar Attorney ($235)

First two years after initial admission to any state's bar (Private Practice Attorneys).

Paralegal ($320)

Full-time criminal defense paralegal. Must have attorney sponsor who is a GACDL member.

Investigator ($320)

Full-time criminal defense investigators. Must have valid Georgia private investigator license and attorney sponsor who is a member.

Public Defender/Nonprofit ($160)

Employed full-time by a nonprofit organization or are a full-time government employed public defender (city, circuit, or federal).

Paralegal (Public Defense/Full-Time Nonprofit) ($160)

Full-time criminal defense paralegals who are employed full-time by a nonprofit or a public defender's office. Paralegals must have attorney sponsor who is a GACDL member.

Investigator (Public Defender/Full-Time Nonprofit) ($160)

Full-time criminal defense investigators who are employed full-time by a nonprofit or a public defender's office. Must have valid Georgia private investigator license and attorney sponsor who is a member.

Retired - 25y GACDL Member

Any member who has Emeritus status with the State Bar of Georgia who has been a member of GACDL for at least 25 years may remain a GACDL member at the retired membership rate.

Retired - Not GACDL Member 25y ($40)

Any member who has Emeritus status with the State Bar of Georgia who has been a member of GACDL for less than 25 years

Law Student ($40)

A person who is regularly enrolled in a school of law or who has graduated and is waiting to take the Bar Exam is eligible to apply to be a “Student Member” of the Association. Student Members must be sponsored by an attorney member of the Association.
