Employed full-time by a nonprofit organization or are a full-time government employed public defender (city, circuit, or federal).

Any member who has Emeritus status with the State Bar of Georgia who has been a member of GACDL for at least 25 years may remain a GACDL member at the retired membership rate.

A person who is regularly enrolled in a school of law or who has graduated and is waiting to take the Bar Exam is eligible to apply to be a “Student Member” of the Association. Student Members must be sponsored by an attorney member of the Association.
